Viewing Agent - Edinburgh

MOV8 Real Estate are recruiting for a reliable and personable Viewing Agent to be based from our South Gyle office and cover the majority of our viewing appointments in and around Edinburgh.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out residential property viewings in the Edinburgh area. Your role is to represent our clients and the company by delivering a first class property viewing service. You will assist clients in the showing of their properties and ensure that you share relevant information and answer questions in relation to the sales process.


Our Viewing Agent forms part of our high achieving Property Sales Team.  Our enthusiastic and successful agent will enjoy working from our office at South Gyle in a busy sales environment, in addition to carrying out viewing appointments in the City Centre and Lothians. They will also enjoy working towards achieving individual targets for lead generation, managing the diary of  appointments, following up leads which will benefit the rest of the business and receiving viewing feedback from potential buyers.


Responsibilities

  • Meet potential buyers at properties;

  • Provide buyers with a list of property features and any other information required;

  • Assisting our valuable clients & general public, with their questions;

  • Building Rapport to enable lead generation and target achievement;

  • Completion of post viewing administration;

  • Collection and delivering of client keys to and from MOV8 offices;

  • Assisting the in-office Property Sales Team to answer telephone calls and handling Buyer Enquiries such as viewings and Home Report requests;

  • Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador on behalf of MOV8 Real Estate


Key requirements;

Essential qualities include:

  • Rapport building skills

  • Impeccable personal appearance and attire;

  • Full clean driving licence and access to your own car;

  • A genuine interest and passion for the property industry;

  • Superb written and spoken English skills;

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Ambition to prove oneself in a sales environment;

  • Ability to type and enter data quickly and accurately for post viewing administration.

Desirable experience:

  • Previous knowledge of working in a customer service or sales position;

  • Previous experience of working on your own initiative;

  • Problem solving ability;

  • Positive face to face interaction with members of the public.


Remuneration and Hours of Work


The Salary is £18,000 per annum plus a mileage allowance and expenses. After a period of training, candidates will enjoy a bonus structure, based on lead generation and business development.You will also receive 29 days annual holidays pro rata and auto-enrollment to the company pension scheme.


Your hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Your working pattern is as follows;

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 10.30am to 8pm

Saturday and Sunday - 10am to 5pm

You will receive an hour for lunch and will be both field and office based.
